1. Refund Policy Overview:

Adventure Vessel is committed to delivering high-quality tour packages. However, please note that all bookings made through our website (adventure-vessel.com) are non-refundable. We do not offer any refund options, regardless of the circumstances.

2. Refundable Bookings:

  • Prior to 45 daysor more:40%of amount will be deducted from total package amount

  • Between44 and 31 days of departure:50% of amount will be deductedfrom total package amount

  • Between30and 21 days of departure:60%of amount will bededucted total package amount

  • Between 20 and 14 days of departure: 75% of amount will be deducted from total package amount

  • 14days prior to the date of departure:100% amount will be deducted from total package amount

  • Incase of no-show, no refund will be given

3. Change and Cancellation Policy:

Adventure Vessel understands that plans may change. While we do not offer refunds, we may allow you to make changes or cancellations to your booking under certain conditions. Please contact our customer service team at info@adventure-vessel.com to inquire about possible modifications. Additional fees or charges may apply.

4. Force Majeure:

Adventure Vessel reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, political instability, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, Adventure Vessel will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives or reschedule the affected bookings. Refunds will not be issued in these situations.
