1. Cancellation Policy Overview:

Adventure Vessel operates with a strict no-refund policy. All bookings made through our website (adventure-vessel.com) are considered final, and we do not offer any refund options.

2. Cancellation Options:

While we do not provide refunds, Adventure Vessel recognizes that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the need for cancellations. In such cases, we offer the following options:

  • Prior to 45 daysor more:40%of amount will be deducted from total package amount

  • Between44 and 31 days of departure:50% of amount will be deductedfrom total package amount

  • Between30and 21 days of departure:60%of amount will bededucted total package amount

  • Between 20 and 14 days of departure: 75% of amount will be deducted from total package amount

  • 14days prior to the date of departure:100% amount will be deducted from total package amount

3. No-Show Policy:

If you are unable to participate in a booked tour or service and do not inform Adventure Vessel in advance, it will be considered a "no-show." No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling, transfer, or any compensation.Incase of no-show, no refund will be given

4. Force Majeure:

Adventure Vessel reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, political instability, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, Adventure Vessel will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives or reschedule the affected bookings. No refunds will be issued in these situations.
